Pre-Order:
What is a Pre-Order? It is an item that
has not been released yet. We allow you to pre-book
this item and we will bill and ship when it has been
released.
We do not require pre-payment for pre-ordered
items through our site, unless it is otherwise
stated within the item's description (for example,
if it is a Special Order item). As a rule we will
not charge your credit card for pre-order items
until the PRE-ORDER ITEM IS READY, OR WITHIN 10 DAYS
OF SHIPPING. However, there may be products where
this is required such as made to order items. In
those cases you will be notified.
We require that you DO NOT combine pre-orders with
in-stock items on the SAME order form or pre-orders
of DIFFERENT SHIPPING DATES on the same order form.
There is NO GUARANTEE that the IN-STOCK item will
still be available for your order when the pre-order
arrives in-stock to ship or if your FIRST pre-order
item would still be available when your SECOND
pre-order item comes into stock. To ensure that you
receive the items you wish to order we suggest you
place separate orders. We may also ship the initial
pre-ordered items direct from the factory and the
in-stock items from another location.
There is a 15% fee on all cancelled pre-orders
that are placed. We encourage you to pre-order your
items in advance to help secure your item when it
arrives in stock, but we ask that you be sure that
you want the item before you place your pre-order.
Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to ship
date.
When you place your pre-order, we commit to
getting those items in for you from the
manufacturer. When an order is cancelled by a
customer, we cannot cancel the order from the
manufacturer.
All release dates are subject to change by the
manufacturer. The shipping dates listed are based on
information that we receive from the manufacturers.
We will try our best to update our website with any
revised release dates. If you have any additional
questions, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds:
Because the items sold on GoHero.com are extremely
difficult for us to bring into the U.S.A., we cannot
accept returns on non-defective merchandise and
can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a
different item. All sales are final.
Exchanges:
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect,
as a result of our error, Go Hero will exchange the
product for a new one of the same kind, if
available. Customers seeking exchanges must
notify Go Hero within 10 business days of
receiving the damaged item. All products must
be returned with 100% of the original contents.
Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show
signs of wear. Promotional items, such as
prints offered with preorders, that may
accompany a product upon purchase, must also be
returned in the new condition. If the damage
occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an
error on the part of Go Hero, customers will need to
make a claim with either UPS or USPS. The
packing materials found in our products serve only
as protection for the product within.

the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem
is and follow the instructions provided by our
customer service staff. Use suitable packing
materials (please send it back in a shipping box for
safety!), and make sure to write RETURN on the
outside of your box when sending your return to us.
Once we get your shipment, we’ll check it out and
contact you to complete the exchange.
Shipping:
Go Hero knows the value of the condition of a
collectible. We take time / pride in packing /
shipping our products carefully. All Go Hero
packages are sent insured. Go Hero reserves
the right to use any major shipping company.
Additionally, some fulfillment may be done from
multiple locations.
We cannot ship packages to PO boxes or FPO
addresses. You must provide a valid residential or
commercial "ship to" address during
checkout. Items usually ship within 3-4 business
days. You will receive an email confirmation with
tracking information when your order has been
shipped. Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will
incur additional shipping charges.
Go Hero is not responsible for misdirected
payments, items lost/damaged during shipping.
Go Hero reserves the right to reject ANY person as a
customer for ANY reason.

Go Hero endeavors to create safe and fun products.
While we are certain that our adult collectible
products are safe, due to international standards
& practices, please keep products out of reach
of children 15 years & under. We
manufacture in safe and clean environments meeting

Take care not to injure yourself handling the
packaging. Discard packaging after product is
opened. Do not swing or throw these products.
Do not place in extreme heat or cold. There
may be small pieces or sharp edges, or fingers may

information is confidential as we do not give out
any information to third parties, marketing
companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or
trade any of your personal information.
The information we collect through our order
forms and contact pages includes your name, company
name (if applicable), telephone number, order
history, credit card info, expiration date, mailing
address, email addresses, and comments. We use this
information to process your orders, answer
questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our
services or products to make them better. All the
information we collect from you remains protected
and private within our own database system.
As part of being a customer at Go Hero, you will
occasionally receive email updates on special events
and new merchandise. However, anyone who receives
such emails always has the option to refuse any
future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in
the subject line. This remove option is stated in
all emails we send out.
Security:
We also understand that you may have concerns about
using your credit card to make purchases online.
Rest assured that when you order products from the
Go Hero website, your credit card information is
protected. By using the widely-accepted Secure
Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology, we are
able to keep your credit card number safe. Your
credit card information cannot be read by another
party as it travels to our ordering system.

International:
Buyers are fully responsible for
complying with their country's laws, customs
regulations, taxes, and duties. Go Hero is not
responsible for packages delayed or detained in
Customs.
If the buyer refuses shipment for any reason, we
will refund the buyer for their purchase, minus the
freight cost, once we receive the return.
International orders shipped via USPS (United
States Postal Service) via two methods: Priority and
Expedited. We recommend using USPS Expedited
as these packages are insured and traceable
door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an
insured or traceable method, we will replace or
refund any shipments that are lost in transit (not
held in Customs.) We will handle each situation on

Go Hero endeavors to create affordable products and
constantly look for ways to lower costs when
possible. Our prices reflect the market value
for the the respective products that are comparable
to the high quality collectibles and the costs
associated with production. We reserves the
right to change prices without notice.

Production:
We have production partners offering a wide range of
services including design, sculpting, prototyping,
apparel, vinyl, 1:6 scale figures, electronics and
