pre-ordered items direct from the factory and the
in-stock items from another location.
All release dates are subject to change by the
manufacturer. The shipping dates listed are based on
information that we receive from the manufacturers.

Returns & Refunds:
Because the items sold on GoHero.com are extremely
difficult for us to bring into the U.S.A., we cannot
accept returns on non-defective merchandise and
can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a
different item. All sales are final.
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect,
as a result of our error, Go Hero will exchange the
product for a new one of the same kind, if
available. Customers seeking exchanges must
notify Go Hero within 10 business days of
receiving the damaged item. All products must
be returned with 100% of the original contents.
Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show
signs of wear. Promotional items, such as
prints offered with preorders, that may
accompany a product upon purchase, must also be
returned in the new condition. If the damage
occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an
error on the part of Go Hero, customers will need to
make a claim with either UPS or USPS. The
packing materials found in our products serve only
as protection for the product within.
Contact Go Hero within TEN (10) days from
the date of purchase. Let us know what the problem
is and follow the instructions provided by our
customer service staff. Use suitable packing
materials (please send it back in a shipping box for
safety!), and make sure to write RETURN on the
outside of your box when sending your return to us.
Once we get your shipment, we’ll check it out and
contact you to complete the exchange. NOTE: We can
only accept genuine Go Hero products purchased
through our network of stores. Due to recent
infringement of our product, some products on the
market may not be Go Hero product. If you have
purchased a product from eBay or privately, we may
not be able to help...but we will try.
Go Hero knows the value of the condition of a
collectible. We take pride in packing our products carefully. All Go Hero
packages are sent insured when possible. Go Hero reserves
the right to use any major shipping company.
We cannot ship packages to PO boxes or FPO
addresses. You must provide a valid residential or
commercial "ship to" address during
checkout. Items usually ship within 1 week, but is
not guaranteed. You will typically receive an email confirmation when your order has been
shipped. Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will
incur additional shipping charges.
Go Hero is not responsible for misdirected
payments, items lost/damaged during shipping.
Buyers are fully responsible for
complying with their country's laws, customs

As part of being a customer at Go Hero, you will
occasionally receive email updates on special events
and new merchandise. However, anyone who receives
such emails always has the option to refuse any
future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in
the subject line. This remove option is stated in
all emails we send out.
